“Think About Others Thursday” – Toys For Tots Literacy Campaign Free Storytime 5/27

Every Thursday, we’ll share a way you can help the community or as we like to put it “Think About Others.”  This week, we are spotlighting a fun event that also brings light to the literary needs of children.

Join The UPS Store and Mail Boxes Etc. network in support of the Toys for Tots Literacy Program. They are having a story time led by author Melisa Wells of Chicken in the Car and the Car Won’t Go. There will be light refreshments served. Please join them!

The storytime will be held at the UPS store, 931 W 75th Street, Suite 137, Naperville, IL, from 4 to 6 PM tomorrow, May 27th.

To help raise awareness of childhood illiteracy as well as funds to purchase books for children in need, for every online print job customers submit during the month of May, Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. (MBE), franchisor of The UPS Store, will purchase a book for a less-fortunate child. MBE will donate up to $20,000 worth of books to the Toys for Tots Literacy Program. Each book is valued at $5.

Please spread the word and help them raise their goal of $20,000 for Toys for Tots Literacy Program.
