Sam’s Club is offering free health screenings every month. On Saturday, June 11th from 11 AM to 3 PM, they are offering free Men’s Health Screenings to the first 100 members, which includes tests such as PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen), which detects the early signs of prostate cancer, and TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone). Visit their pharmacy for these health screenings. Check if your Sam’s Club location is participating here.
They will also be offering Kid’s Health Screenings in July and Vision Screenings in August. Check here for more details.
