The Midwest Moms Media Brands & Bloggers Summit is being held on July 16, 2011 in Chicago, IL.

Bloggers who run their blogs as businesses will learn more about building a bridge for successful alliances between bloggers and brands. The agenda includes sessions, such as:
– Building Blogger & Brand Relationships
– FTC Guidelines Overview and How it Impacted the PR and Blogger World
– Catching Traditional Media’s Air Waves – Beyond Press Releases
– Taking The Stage

The speakers are all well-renowned.  There will also be networking time for bloggers to meet fellow bloggers, as well as brand representatives. The key sponsors for the event are Ubisoft, GMC, Flatout Bread, and Clever Girls Collective. In addition, there will be prizes at the end of the event. You know there will be some great ones!

    I’ve never attended a Blogger Conference, not for lack of desire but because of the costs involved. And, I would LOVE to attend the Brands & Bloggers Summit to learn more about pitching to a brand. Since the beginning of Capitally Frugal a year ago, most of the PR work I’ve done has been a painful process of learning as I go. 🙂 I would be SO grateful to win one of these tickets. Thanks so much for the chance!!

    Ohhhh, how I would love to connect wih fellow bloggers! I have never been able to attend a conference before and was excited to come across this one close to home- and then sad to see it was already sold out 🙁
